Why therapy?

For years, I lived in my head. I could perfectly analyze my own patterns, knew exactly where they came from, yet the restlessness remained. True liberation only came when I learned to actually feel and allow the underlying emotions in my body.
That revelation has become the core of my work. My mission is to guide you on that same journey inward. I help you rediscover the wisdom of your own body and emotions, so you can take charge and live fully.

Approach

The introduction
We begin with a free 15-minute call. After that, there will be an intake session where we both sense whether the connection is there. Mutual commitment is essential.

The real work
We work with whatever arises. Using various techniques, we get to the core. What we start, we finish.

In your own strength
After 8–12 sessions, we take a break. Time to integrate what you’ve learned. The goal? That you’ll soon be able to continue without me, with the reins firmly in your own hands.
